My sister gave me the turntable below, and it's invaluable to me!  It's a nice in-between.  You can use it for cookies or anything where it helps to get the product you're working on up a bit higher.

I bought my first offset spatula just 5 years ago. I had one large one that I'd inherited from my mom, but hadn't realized how useful they are.  Now I won't even admit how many I have.  I use the smaller one for scraping dough out of the mixer blades, the largest one helps smuch cookie dough that needs to be flattened on the cookie sheet, or helps lift the edge of a very hot cookie to see if they're burned on the bottom.  You may not want as many as I have (must be over 20 and don't tell my better half) but one set is invaluable!

I've also learned that Ateco brand products are good quality and reliable, but Wilton and others are just fine.

Reading is how I relax, and 'borrowing' books for my Kindle ap on my iPad gives me great pleasure.  Try it out!
